Original Antique Finnish Continuation War Model M 39 Mosin Nagant Rifle Serial 63171 with 1944 Dated VKT Barrel Antique Tula Receiver Dated 1897 Napoleonic the openwork brass scrolled side the openwork brass scrolled side plate is retained by three lock screws and the brass mounts are all of 17th century style with early engraving including what appears to be a helmeted bust on the escutcheon and the butt plate has an exceedingly long top strap stretching almost 7 inches along the top of the butt comb showing the period he was in the unit
